Now that I work exclusively from home, I’ve had to set some boundaries, and my kids know that my office area is off limits – and I have to say, I’ve been reasonably pleased with how well they’ve paid attention to this rule. So I wasn’t sure what “discussion” I was about to have when I happened upon this handsome fella sitting in my chair when I got up to make lunch.

Me: Um, Helllloooo?? What are you doing in mommy’s chair?
C: I’m working mama. I’m your big helper!
Me: Really? My big helper? What are you working on?
C: My compooter and my cal-coo-laator. SEE!!! I make money!

So, I started thinking. With someone as interested in my bottom-line as Mr. C is, I don’t see how I can find a better assistant. He’s hired!
